Can you cater our office Diwali celebration?
Yes. We welcome Diwali enquiries for office lunches, team celebrations, community gatherings and private parties in Toronto and the GTA. Share your headcount, venue and preferred time so our team can confirm the menu and delivery arrangements.
Do you cater Diwali house parties and family gatherings?
Yes. IndiaWaale accepts Diwali catering enquiries for house parties, condo gatherings and family celebrations in Toronto and the GTA. Choose vegetarian or halal non-vegetarian packages for 15 or more guests, or ask about trays and à la carte quantities for your gathering. Pickup is available at our North York restaurant; delivery availability, fees and your final menu are confirmed in the quote.
What is the minimum order, and are these Diwali-only prices?
Our published per-person catering packages start at 15 guests. These are our regular catering packages, suitable for Diwali celebrations, not a separate limited-time discount. Prices are in CAD; ask for a final quote including applicable taxes, delivery and any extras.
Do you offer vegetarian, halal or special dietary menus?
We offer vegetarian and halal non-vegetarian catering. Please include allergies, dietary counts and any vegan or Jain requests in your enquiry. Our team must confirm suitable dishes and preparation; an allergen-free environment or zero cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.
How far in advance should we book?
Please enquire at least 48 to 72 hours ahead when possible, or one to two weeks ahead for a large event. Diwali dates can be busy, so contact us early. A submitted enquiry does not reserve a date; our team will confirm availability and your order details.
Is delivery available, or can we collect our order?
Free delivery on orders over $150 within 5 km of IndiaWaale, 3040 Don Mills Rd East, North York. For other Toronto and GTA locations, delivery availability and fees are confirmed in your quote. Pickup is available from our Peanut Plaza restaurant in North York.
