How does the tiffin service work?
You subscribe for 20 meals per month. We deliver fresh, home-style meals twice a week, free of charge, anywhere in Markham, Scarborough, North York or Pickering. Each meal includes roti/naan, rice, curries, raita, salad and a dessert every day.
Can I try before subscribing?
Yes. We offer pickup trial meals at $13.99 (Veg) and $14.99 (Non-Veg), plus 13% HST, so you can taste before you commit. Monthly plans are HST-free.
How do I pay?
After you submit the form, our team will call you within 24 hours to confirm your start date and walk you through payment (e-transfer, debit, credit, or cash on first delivery).
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, just give us 48 hours' notice and we'll pause or stop your tiffin. No long-term lock-in.
Do you accommodate allergies and Jain food?
Absolutely. Add any dietary notes on the signup form and we'll customize where possible. Common allergens are tracked in our kitchen.
Is there a referral discount?
Yes! Refer a friend who subscribes and you both get 5% off your next month.
